Meet Hervé

Hervé was born in the countryside in the South West of France, between Bordeaux and the Basque country (Biarritz). As a kid, he was fishing in the river, and riding horses (from his father) in the vineyards.

Hervé is a French Chef speaking very well English and Spanish. He lives in El Salvador, specialized in World Food from many countries like Mexico, Peru, Italy…

He worked with award winning Chefs, taught at Le Cordon Bleu and travelled around the world.
